Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us!
